Authorized capital of BAIP was increased

Authorized capital of BAIP was increased almost 100 times on the 29th of April, 2016 and reached 289.600 eur (previously – 10.000 Litas). Increase was covered by accumulated profit.
„Amount of authorized capital has direct influence on the stability and credibility of our company,“ – said Gytis Umantas, General Director of BAIP. „We are rapidly expanding our business in foreign – Baltic, Scandinavian and African, – markets, continue strengthening our positions in Lithuania and developing our services. Increase of authorized capital better reflects current situation at BAIP and our ambitions for expansion. It is also an additional guaranty of credibility for our clients, partners and employees.
