On December 11, 2018, the signing of a large-scale digitization agreement took place at the Estonian Historical Museum. Estonian National Archives was represented by the State Archivist Priit Pirsko and on behalf of Andmevara contract was signed by Giedrius Cvilikas. According to the agreement, 2,7 million different documents will be digitized by Andmevara during 2 years in the frame of the project “Digitization of document heritage: Let’s remain Estonians, but also become Europeans (1860-1920)”. Project will start immediately and digitization takes place in Tallinn and Tartu
