Software services company Novian Pro to be led by Tadas Jonušas

Effective 2 July, the software services company Novian Pro will be led by Tadas Jonušas, who has more than 20 years of management experience at a variety of Lithuanian and international ICT companies. As CEO, he is replacing Rimvydas Jančiauskas, who will pursue new professional challenges.

“The Novian group has built up solid experience in the development of diverse national information systems, working in the defence, aviation and other sectors. We aim to strengthen our software services business by meeting clients’ needs in the best way possible and delivering effective innovations. We also seek to expand on an international scale, where Novian Pro is active. We believe the new CEO’s expertise and experience will be valuable for achieving these goals,” says Tomas Vitkus, the CEO of the Novian group.

“I see Novian Pro as a promising player delivering relevant services on the national and international market. I believe I can help to achieve the company’s goals and increase the potential of the Novian group’s software development business,” Tadas Jonušas says.

Novian Pro, who operates in Lithuania and abroad, has experience in the areas of digitalization, defence, aeronautics and space, and also provides clients with external teams of software developers. In 2023, the company had revenue of EUR 4.3 million, 26.2% more than in 2022. Novian Pro’s EBITDA last year was EUR 0.4 million and grew 23.9% compared to 2022.

The company is part of the Novian IT services group, a provider of IT infrastructure, digitization and software development services. In 2023, the group had aggregated revenue of EUR 40.3 million, an increase of 21.9% over 2022. The group had EBITDA of EUR 1.2 million last year, or 18.5% less than the previous year.

The Novian group consists of seven companies in the Baltics, Norway, Moldova and Rwanda. The group’s companies employ more than 250 professionals and in 2023 conducted operations in 37 countries.
