AB Elsis PRO together with its joint venture partners UAB Elsis and UAB S4ID successfully implemented the project of the development of public procurement risk management information system (PPRM IS) the client whereof was the Public Procurement Office (PPO).
In order to strengthen the public procurement control, risk management methodology was improved during the implementation of the project, and a risk management information system was adapted thereto. After the performed updates, the public procurement risk management information system allows to additionally manage risks of low-value procurement procedures and of procurement without publication.
The project will be implemented under the measure VP1-4.2-VRM-03-V “Improvement of the System of Public Administration Entities” of the 4th priority “Enhancing Administrative Skills and Public Administration Efficiency” of the Human Resource Development Action Programme of 2007-2013.
The project uses Microsoft SQL and Java technologies.
