In cooperation with the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, which organizes the young scientists’ conference Interdisciplinary Research in Physical and Technological Sciences, Novian launches the Best Research Work in ICT competition and awards Novian named scholarships to the authors of the research work recognized as the best.
The scholarship aims to foster collaboration between Lithuanian science and business and to encourage young scientists to conduct relevant ICT research using advanced technologies.
Novian selects priority research topics each year. For 2025, these topics are:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Quantum Technologies
- High-Performance Computing (HPC) Solutions
- Technological Security and Resilience for Society
- Technologies for Climate Change
The scholarship is open to participants of the young scientists’ conference Interdisciplinary Research in Physical and Technological Sciences, organized by the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences. Considering the priority themes of this year’s competition, submissions will be assessed based on their relevance, practical applicability, and use of technologies.
The 2025 Novian’s Best Research Work in ICT competition has a scholarship fund of €5,000, including any applicable fees.
