The personal data you provide will be processed by UAB “Novian Technologies” for the purpose of organizing the above-mentioned event, on the basis of your consent expressed by clicking “Submit”. The data will be used to ensure the smooth organization of the event, to send you a reminder prior to the event, and, if necessary, to contact you after the event.

If you do not provide your e-mail address, we will not be able to send you information regarding your registration. If you do not provide your name and surname, we will not be able to ensure your full participation in the event (e.g., to prepare your participant badge). For the purpose stated above, the personal data you provide will be retained for 7 business days after the event date.

If you submit questions to the speakers of the remote event from your e-mail account, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and will be retained for no longer than 7 business days after the event date. By submitting this registration form, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.

Please note that the event will be photographed and filmed for the purposes of publicity and promotion of the company’s activities. Photos or video recordings may be published on the social media accounts of UAB “Novian Technologies”, “Novian”, and “INVL Technology”, on the website www.novian.lt
, and stored on the company’s server as well as in internal documents, in accordance with the retention periods specified in the Privacy Policies of UAB “Novian Technologies”, “Novian”, and “INVL Technology”, but no longer than required for document retention purposes.

During and after the event, “Novian” engages service providers (data processors) for certain services (such as video recording, photography, editing, etc.). The data processors act on behalf of and under the instructions of “Novian”, and in accordance with our written guidelines.

IMPORTANT: By registering for the event, you give your consent to being filmed and/or photographed during the event for the purposes specified above. If you do not wish to be photographed and/or filmed, or if you do not agree to the publication of such material, please inform the event organizer, cameraman, or photographer.
